SOLAR INSTALLATION PROCESS
From site survey and design to final utility connection, the trusted experts from Titan and Hammer Roofing make your solar panel installation easy. Our trusted multi-step process gives you a fast, efficient system setup that starts saving you money from the very first use.
1. SITE SURVEY
Over the first 3 to 5 weeks, our technicians visit your site, verify measurements, make adjustments, and custom your installation plan down to the smallest detail.
2. CITY INSPECTIONS
City inspectors must examine everything before your system is connected to the grid. Depending on the schedule of these government officials, this process can take approximately 1 to 4 weeks.
3. PERMITS
Once your planning is done, we handle all the permit work with the city or local government authority over 2 to 8 weeks to ensure there are no obstructions to your installation.
4. UTILITY CONNECTION
When your system has passed inspection, Hammer Roofing and Titan submit all documents to pertinent utility companies, and those companies install a net meter to measure output. This final process can take 2+ weeks at the least. However, once everything has been approved and connected, you will have a renewable energy resource that will serve you for life.
5. INSTALLATION
Our teams of installation technicians will arrive onsite to go over the final designs with you for approval and get to work. Installations can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days, depending on the property, and conclude with a tutorial concerning system operation.
